AUGP Board of Governors consists of The Founder and Chairman heading global operations assisted by the Seniormost  International Governor  and other International Governors.  We do not have a position titled Chief Governor in AUGP. We also have Patrons, Patriarchs, Council Members and Directors reporting to the Board of Governors.

It is our global policy that Governors should refrain from issuing appointments or endorsements, entering into treaties or making media statements, and submitting AUGP-related or individual certificates to outside institutions including government or semi-government bodies, universities, tertiary institutions or research bodies without the express approval of the Governing Board.

Senior Prof. Dr  Lakshman Madurasinghe     MSc., PhD, D Sc., LLD., D Litt (USA), Attorney-at-Law., M Inst Coun (Glasgow)., Chartered Fellow CIPD (Lond).,  is a Lawyer and a Behavioural Scientist who is a strong advocate of Therapeutic Jurisprudence with graduate and postgraduate research in law at Cambridge and Japan.    He is a Member of the Academic Board of EDU.int formed by treaty, accredited to the European Parliament.
